Delivering feel good customer rewards that promote good health

When I talk to customers at Bupa, they often say they expect the same things I want when I’m shopping - friendly service and a product that meets their needs.

By Gretchen Fox, Director of Marketing, Bupa Health Insurance.

While this is absolutely the foundation of happy customers, and ultimately our success, sometimes it’s the unexpected surprises that can really excite me as a customer.

That’s one of the reasons we created Bupa Plus, our partnership program. It’s an initiative that allows us to give our members exclusive offers, say thank you and provide additional value to their health insurance. Something that is particularly important during the COVID-19 pandemic which has been a challenging and stressful time for so many people.

As a health care company, we also want to ensure that the rewards we offer our members align with our purpose of helping people live longer, healthier and happier lives.

So when we look to add new partners, they need to reward our members with offers that not only make them feel good but are also good for them.

Our latest range of limited-time partner offers give members discounts on fitness, healthy eating, activities and experiences that make life more fun, active and healthy.

They include mini golf and bowling discounts along with exclusive deals on meal kits from Dinnerly.

These new offers are additional to our long-standing offers from our fitness partners such as Garmin, Reebok and New Balance.

We also provide healthy eating incentives for all Bupa members through our partnership with Woolworths, where you can receive 3x points on fresh fruit, fresh veg and Macro Wholefoods Market for 60 days from when you link your memberships. Find out more here

Customers put a lot of trust in us when they purchase a health insurance policy and we hope that programs such as Bupa Plus ensure we reward their trust both regularly and meaningfully.
