Bupa APAC announces appointment of Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Bupa Asia Pacific (APAC) today announced that following an extensive recruitment process, Stuart Hooper, has been appointed as APAC CFO, and will join Bupa in March 2024.
Bupa APAC Chief Executive Officer, Nick Stone, said that he was delighted to be able to attract someone of Stuart’s calibre and deep finance management experience to Bupa.
Stuart joins Bupa from ASX-listed infrastructure services company, where he has held senior leadership roles for the past nine years, the majority as Group CFO. Prior to Ventia, Stuart spent more than 10 years with PwC focused on M&A Transactions and Assurance, including more than three years in the United States. Stuart lives in Melbourne with his wife and three children.
Given Stuart’s appointment, Kelly Heintz will be stepping down from her position as Interim CFO, after joining Bupa in late March 2023.
