Bupa Customer and Transformation Officer, Danielle Handley to leave Bupa
Bupa today announced that APAC Chief Customer and Transformation Officer, Danielle Handley will be stepping down from her role to spend more time with her family.
Bupa APAC CEO Nick Stone said Danielle had made a significant contribution to Bupa during her time, supporting the business to bring its Connected Care strategy to life and transforming our customer focus.
“Dan’s passion for delivering a more connected and personalised healthcare experience for customers, across both physical and digital channels, has been instrumental in shaping our strategy,” Mr Stone said.
“She has championed digitisation and innovation as critical to solving some of the more complex health needs of customers, leading Blua, Bupa’s digital platform. Her work has laid a strong foundation for Bupa’s evolution as a digital health provider.
“I know she leaves our team well-positioned to continue driving forward our ambition to be the most customer-centric, digitally enabled healthcare organisation.

An internal and external search is underway to find her replacement, and Dan will stay with Bupa until the end of July to ensure a smooth transition for Bupa and her team.
