Our thoughts are with those still dealing with the damage caused by ex TC Alfred. Thankfully, our people and residents are safe and well, with all stores now open and our aged care homes open to visitors.

We will be in contact with customer to reschedule any cancelled appointments.

Care homes

Our New Farm, Tugan, Banora Point, Runaway Bay and Merrimac aged care homes have activated their emergency management plans, which includes bringing in more food, water and medical supplies/medications, preparing generators, and ensuring team members are in place to care for residents.

We have also closed our Brisbane office and encouraged our people to work from home. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as needed.

To the communities preparing for the impacts of cyclone, take care & reach out if you need support. #HereForYou
