Meet Ben: a Retail Support Specialist for Bupa Health Insurance

Being in a store you get to know the locals and see their lives change over the years. As they get married and start their families it’s rewarding to know you’ve been able to assist them. I’ve been with Bupa for nine years now and the biggest change I’ve seen is how we’re always evolving to bring the customer experience to the front.

My son is one now, and I do find myself wondering what the state of the world will be when he starts working. As a parent now, it’s even more important to me that I work somewhere with integrity, and that he can look back in twenty years and know I was part of something good. I am really grateful to work for an organisation that embraces diversity and customer centricity.
