Update for our Victorian customers

Summary

Shout out to Victorians who have shown incredible strength and community spirit before. We will get through this again, together.

It’s important we continue to look after ourselves and those around us. Checking in with friends, family and co-workers over the phone or video chat is a great way to stay connected and talk through the things that are worrying us the most.

If you’re struggling with your own mental health and wellbeing, get in touch with your GP or qualified health professional who can provide you with some support and treatment options, even virtually. Don’t wait for the lockdown to pass to access support for your own mental wellbeing.

If you or someone you know is needing more urgent support, support services such as Kids Helpline and Lifeline are available. Where life is in immediate danger, contact 000.

In line with government advice, Bupa also recommends that people get the COVID-19 vaccine when it’s available to them.

Stay safe and healthy!
