Meet Sarah: a Concierge at Bupa Therapy, West Melbourne
Sarah Brown is the first smiling face you'll see when you walk in the doors of the new Bupa Therapy centre for people living with disability in West Melbourne. She shares what she loves about her job.
“
I meet and greet all of our divine customers and always go the extra mile to make sure they feel welcome. I’ll often greet them at their car as they arrive and farewell them as they leave.
This is my first role within the disability sector and I am lucky enough to meet different people every day, all of whom have a unique story to tell.
It’s always nice seeing our customers smile after their time here and to see those same people making new friends is a truly wonderful thing.
