COVID-19 Updates

To continue to protect against the spread of COVID-19, please see below the latest information in relation to Bupa Health Insurance, Aged Care, Optical and Dental.

Hardship support for Health Insurance customers impacted by COVID-19

We’re encouraging any health insurance customers who have been financially impacted by COVID-19 restrictions and lockdowns to contact Bupa to discuss their support options including temporarily suspending their policy. Customers can access the financial hardship by contacting us on 1300 884 285.

To support Government stay-at-home guidelines, some Bupa Health Insurance stores are temporarily closed and employees are being redeployed to provide additional support for our contact centre teams to make sure we can manage an increase in customers reaching out to us over the phone and online.
